Bleu Voyage
"Bleu Voyage" is the most authentic mode of travel of
Turkey. It is the search of mankind for the traces of his existence in a
sunset, straggle of a fish to escape from hook, ruins of a church or a tower,
bees drinking seawater. It is an exploration towards nature and naturalness
is space dimension, towards history and background of human being in time
dimension.
Birth of Bleu Voyage
The bleu voyage is the name of a tour pioneered by Halikarnas
Balıkçısı (Halicarnassus Fisherman) who is a member of community, which
is not interested in nature, history and beauty of the land and the seas
surrounding country and one of the a handful intellectual authors wring
contrary stories but in love with blue, sea and history aiming to discover
the ancient cultures along the Aegean and Mediterranean coastline.
Those bleu voyages made with fishing and sponge vessels
without any comfort in early times, have turned touristic pleasure voyages
made with vessels called "Bodrum Gullet" that offers comfort to the passengers
in possible extend.
